Information for Students Selected for Study Mobility
As the Erasmus Office of Çağ University, we kindly request students who have been selected for study mobility to carefully review the information below in order to complete their processes smoothly.
Procedures Before Mobility
- Students are required to complete their semester registration at Çağ University for the mobility period and fulfill their financial obligations.
- However, course selection at Çağ University must not be made during this process.
Documents to Be Submitted to the Erasmus Office Before Departure:
- Acceptance Letter (photocopy)
- Visa and passport photocopy
- Travel health insurance (photocopy)
- Garanti Bank Euro account number
- Flight ticket
Important Note:
In order for the grant agreement to be signed and for the grant payment to be processed, all of the above-mentioned documents must be submitted to the Erasmus Office in full.
Procedures After Mobility
Documents to Be Submitted to the Erasmus Office Upon Return:
- Transcript of Records from the host institution (photocopy)
- Certificate of Attendance (Confirmation Letter) (photocopy)
- Flight ticket and/or boarding passes
- Completion of the online survey

Important Note:
In order for the remaining grant payment to be processed, all of the above-mentioned documents must be submitted to the Erasmus Office in full.
About the Academic Process
Students who have completed their mobility must contact their departmental coordinators in order to carry out the credit transfer (recognition) process of the courses they have taken.
