Application Procedure for Incoming Erasmus Students

We are excited to welcome incoming Erasmus students to Çağ University! To apply for an exchange period at our university, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Nomination by Home University

Before applying, ensure that your home university has officially nominated you for an Erasmus exchange at Çağ University. Please contact your Erasmus coordinator to confirm your nomination.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

Once nominated, you will need to fill out the Erasmus Incoming Student Application Form. The form will be available on our website and should be completed with accurate and up-to-date information.

Step 3: Submit the Application via Email

After completing the application form, please send it along with the required supporting documents to our International Office via email at erasmus@cag.edu.tr.

Required Documents:

• Completed Erasmus Incoming Student Application Form
• Learning Agreement (signed by your home university)
• Copy of your passport or ID card
• Proof of English proficiency (if applicable)

Step 4: Confirmation of Acceptance

Once we receive and review your application, we will send an official acceptance letter via email. This letter will confirm your admission to Çağ University as an Erasmus student.

Step 5: Prepare for Arrival

After receiving your acceptance letter, you can start preparing for your stay in Turkey. Detailed information about accommodation, visa requirements, and orientation will be provided in follow-up emails.
