The evaluation process for the applications of candidates who applied to our university from abroad has been completed. The applications of the candidates whose names are listed below have been accepted.

  • Final Registration Dates

    Start: September 2, 2025
    End: September 5, 2025

    Reserve Registration Dates

    Start: September 8, 2025
    End: September 12, 2025

 

Final Registration of Admitted Students

 

  1. The final registration of students admitted to the university shall be carried out by the Directorate of Student Affairs of Çağ University within the framework of the Çağ University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations and the Graduate Education and Examination Regulations.
     

  2. At the time of registration, students are required to submit the original copies of the following documents to the Directorate of Student Affairs:

    a) The original copy of the high school diploma, along with an English or Turkish translation issued or approved by the Turkish Representation (Embassy/Consulate) in their home country,

    b) A certificate of equivalency, issued either by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye or by the Turkish Representation in their home country, confirming that the foreign high school diploma is equivalent to diplomas awarded by Turkish high schools,

    c) The original copy of the examination results, along with an English or Turkish version approved by the Turkish Representation in their home country,

    d) A bank receipt indicating that the tuition fees have been paid,

    e) The original and photocopies of an official identity document or passport,

    f) A student visa to be obtained from the Turkish Representation in their home country (Candidates who are already in Türkiye must obtain a Student Visa from the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management),

    g) 6 passport-sized photographs,

    h) A student residence permit (Ikamet Tezkeresi), which international students are required to obtain from the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management after registration.
     

Any student who submits falsified, counterfeit, incomplete, or inaccurate documents during the application, placement, or registration process shall have all associated registration procedures canceled, even if their final registration has already been completed.
 

Students who fail to submit the required registration documents (such as diploma, equivalency certificate, Turkish and/or foreign language proficiency certificates, etc.) to the Directorate of Student Affairs by the declared deadline will have their registration canceled by a decision of the relevant Vocational School/Faculty Administrative Board.
