International Project and Process Management Workflow

As Çağ University, we manage our international collaborations and capacity-building projects with a strategic approach. This flowchart illustrates our end-to-end process consisting of 8 key steps: starting from Strategic Planning and Project Development, moving through the submission of applications and the completion of Acceptance and Contract procedures, ensuring effective Planning and Coordination, followed by the successful Implementation of the project, management of Financial and Administrative processes, meticulously conducted Monitoring and Evaluation activities, and finally, the Improvement (PDCA) cycle that transforms gained experiences into institutional learning.
