Staff Mobility for Training
Staff Mobility for Training is an activity area that enables any staff member employed at a higher education institution holding an ECHE in Turkey to receive training in one of the Programme Countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for the individual to receive various types of training (such as job shadowing, observation processes) to improve skills related to their current job.
Within the scope of staff training mobility, it is also possible for a staff member employed at a higher education institution holding an ECHE to go to another ECHE-holding higher education institution or a relevant organization to receive training. The organizations where training can be received include enterprises, training centers, research centers, chambers of commerce and industry, schools, foundations, non-profit organizations, institutions providing career guidance, professional counseling and guidance organizations, and higher education institutions. In this context, a suitable enterprise refers to any private or public institution/organization, regardless of their size, legal status, or the economic sector they operate in, as well as any enterprise engaged in economic activity including social economy.
Staff training mobility is a full-time activity, and grants are paid for the days of full-time training.
For mobility with Programme Countries, the minimum duration excluding travel is 2 consecutive days; for mobility with non-Programme Countries, it is a minimum of 5 consecutive days. In both cases, the maximum duration of the activity is 2 months
